Craig Steinmetz was born and raised in the San Francisco Area. He was trained at the California Culinary Academy and Graduated in 1984. He worked under Chef Jackie Robert at Ernie's in San Francisco which was a five star French restaurant. He moved out to Utah and worked at The Bistro 1900 in Ogden. He then became the executive chef at Hill Air force Base Officers Club. He was able to hone his skills serving dignitaries for special events and many other large events. Craig is now Chef/Owner of Artisan Grille on Historic 25th street in Ogden. Craig has been cooking in kitchens since 1979. He is very passionate about his craft. His restaurant offers lunch, dinner, private parties and catering. The cuisine is eclectic new American and continental. The restaurant offers a wide variety of foods. |
